Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be shipped, and what to expect based on your location.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship worldwide from Poland (EU).
We deliver to:
- All countries in the European Union
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway
- United States, Canada
- Selected countries in Asia, Australia, and Latin America
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@prnflmy.store to see if we can arrange delivery.
2. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri) after payment is confirmed.
- Made-to-order or pre-order items may require additional time (noted on the product page).
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Poland.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use trusted logistics partners depending on the destination and order size, including:
- GLS, DPD, InPost, UPS, FedEx (via Apaczka or partner platforms)
- Poczta Polska for selected regions
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Weight or volume of the package
- Shipping method chosen
Free shipping may apply to certain orders based on promotions or order value.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- EU countries: EU orders are generally not subject to import duties.
- Non-EU countries: Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Delays or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost:
- First, check the tracking link.
- Then, contact the courier or our support team.
We will help file a claim if necessary. Please contact us within 14 days of expected delivery if your order hasn’t arrived.
Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
