Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags still attached

Items returned that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Please note we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Underwear, socks, or hygiene-related items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Do not send returns without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may be rejected.
